1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for and participating in the Amplify Marrakech Experience (the "Retreat"), you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or participate in the Retreat.

2. Registration and Payment

  • Booking: Registration for the Retreat is subject to availability and acceptance by TECHWIZ LLC.
  • Payment: Full payment or an initial deposit is required to secure your spot. All payments must be completed before the start of the Retreat.
  • No Refunds: All payments, whether full or partial, are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Changes

  • No Refunds Policy: There will be no refunds provided for cancellations, no-shows, or for any part of the Retreat that you do not attend.
  • Substitution: If you are unable to attend the Retreat, you may find a substitute participant. Any substitution must be communicated and approved by TECHWIZ LLC in advance.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Travel Insurance: All participants are required to obtain travel insurance that covers all activities during the Retreat. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
  • Liability: TECHWIZ LLC is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during the Retreat. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
  • Compliance: Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations. TECHWIZ LLC is not liable for any legal infractions or issues that arise from non-compliance.

5. Travel and Entry Requirements

  • Entry to Morocco: Participants must ensure they have no issues entering, staying in, or leaving Morocco. TECHWIZ LLC is not responsible for any travel disruptions or issues related to entry requirements.
  • Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all Moroccan laws and regulations during their stay.

6. Conduct and Restrictions

  • Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol and use of drugs is strictly prohibited during the Retreat.
  • Guests: No outside guests are allowed at the Retreat without prior approval from TECHWIZ LLC.
  • Horse Allergy: Participants with horse allergies are advised not to join the Retreat due to planned activities involving horses.
  • Respect: Participants are expected to respect the rules and customs of the local culture and the Retreat guidelines.

7. Activities and Itinerary

  • Activities: The Retreat includes a variety of activities such as horseback riding, quad biking, spa treatments, and seminars. Participation in these activities is voluntary but encouraged.
  • Changes to Itinerary: TECHWIZ LLC reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary, ensuring a comparable level of service and experience.

8. Health and Safety

  • Health Requirements: Participants should be in good health and capable of participating in the activities scheduled for the Retreat. Any health conditions should be disclosed to TECHWIZ LLC prior to registration.
  • Safety Measures: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by TECHWIZ LLC and activity facilitators.

9. Privacy

  • Data Collection: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of managing the Retreat and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • Photography and Video: By participating in the Retreat, you consent to being photographed and filmed. TECHWIZ LLC may use these images and videos for promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.
